Delivery of Large or Heavy Items, USA

Gift Order Services
We give special attention to gift orders and of course, omit prices and sales slips. Fill in the "ship to" address on the Order Form. Shipping and processing charges apply to each "ship to" address.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please specify dollar amount, gift message and gift recipient's
name and address. shipping charges and sales tax do not apply to gift certificates.
Returns and Exchanges
For most items, you may return your purchase within 30 days for an exchange or credit, if the product is returned in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition. Personalized items, however, can be returned only if it is the result of our error or a manufacturing defect. Please contact us for a return authorization. Returns made for reasons other than defect or our error must be returned postage prepaid.
Damaged Merchandise
Damage to items during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for shipping damage must be made to the shipping carrier within 3 days of receipt.
