| Egyptique Imports was established in 1996 and is dedicated to the concept of peaceful world relations through fair market trade. We specialize in unique handcrafts imported directly from Egypt. In many cases we feature original, one-of-a-kind, pieces by various skilled artisans throughout Egypt. The ancient Egyptians called their land Kemet. The English names of the Kemetic Gods are of Greek origin. To honor the Kemetic tradition, we will refer to the Gods by their Kemetic names, with the Greek-derived name in parenthesis. For example: Aset (Isis) was the wife of Asar (Osiris) and the mother of Heru (Horus).
